Student Documentary

WHUST has been asked to pass on this invitation from a student documentary maker who wishes to speak to West Ham fans. If you are keen to be involved, please get in touch direct with the student.

I'm a Masters student in Sports Journalism and a documentary maker, and I'm putting together a 20-30 minute film examining the lives of real football fans.

I want to understand what impact your passion for football has on your life. 

What makes you tick? What makes you angry? What makes you happy? Where's football going? Is that what you want?

What I'd be looking for is an initial filmed conversation in your home or a comfortable place (ideally not the pub) and, if things go well, to spend a couple more afternoons getting to know you better with the hope of going to a game with you.

All of this would be filmed by a small crew of just myself and my camera operator, so no big production teams in your home!
